QBU Cost analysis reports

Contents: This section of the SSRO's guidance describes the QBU Cost analysis report (QBUCAR), which combines the requirements of the QBU actual cost analysis report (regulation 35) and QBU estimated cost analysis report (regulation 37) in to a single report. Appendix 2 contains a glossary of terms used in the QBUCAR report.
