Contents: This section of the SSRO's guidance describes the Contract initiation report (CIR), which combines the requirements of the Contract Pricing Statement (CPS) (regulation 23), Contract Reporting Plan (CRP) (regulation 24) and Contract Notifcation Report (CNR) (regulation 25).
