Contents: To assist the MOD to comply with its obligations under the Defence Reform Act 2014 and Single Source Contract Regulations 2014 the Commercial Policy Team created this suite of guidance. The guidance does not have the same legal status as the legislation or the SSRO guidance. The guidance has been created for MOD Commercial Officers, so “you” indicates an action on the Commercial Officer and "we" indicates the MOD.
